You will oversee all aspects of store performance, ensuring that sales goals are achieved, customer satisfaction is maintained, and operational standards are upheld.

Responsibilities of Part-Time Store Manager:

• In charge of overseeing merchandising, operations, customer service, and human resources in a bustling retail environment
• Develop inventive tactics to enhance store sales growth
• Drive business success through efficient control of store expenses and strategic payroll management
• Reinforce the significance of allocating staff resources towards Loss Prevention priorities
• Provide a shopping environment that ensures every customer's experience is positive
• Attract, educate, advance, and oversee a diverse team of Associates and Assistant Managers
• Develop tailored learning experiences for Assistant Store Managers to facilitate their growth into Store Manager positions

Qualification of Part-Time Store Manager:

• With a solid three to five years of experience in retail management, particularly in roles like Store Manager or District Manager, showcasing leadership skills
• Proven firsthand experience in directing, growing, and empowering a substantial staff
• Oversight of budgets of $5 million and above in previous roles
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, effective communication techniques, and a commitment to completing tasks
