Job Summary of Retail Service Representative:

Goodwill relies on the Retail Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the efficiency of store operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, processing transactions with precision, and maintaining a clean and structured retail environment.

Responsibilities of Retail Service Representative:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries or locating items.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Store Clerk major duties include maintaining cleanliness of sales floor, receiving incoming donations and issuing receipts, greet and assist donors/customers
• Cashier duties include ringing up all sales transactions, operating cash register, greeting and assisting customers/donors.
