Lead ad drive the coceptual desig visio ad coordiate the developmet ad implemetatio of compellig, brad-forward creative assets, spaig from digital static/prit desigs to dyamic motio ad video cotet.

Esure brad cosistecy across all chaels while evolvig visual storytellig to meet growig busiess eeds.

Provide creative directio for photography ad video shoots, esurig visually egagig cotet that aligs with Chewy’s brad idetity.

Parter with collaborators, icludig Creative Directors, marketig teams, ad leadership, to develop iovative creative strategies.

Guide a team of desigers ad collaborate with writers, cotet strategists, ad productio teams to implemet high-quality work efficietly.

Aalyze performace data ad campaig isights to optimize creative strategies ad ifluece future desig decisios.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of experiece craftig for a agecy or brad, with a strog portfolio showcasig multi-chael creative campaigs.

Expertise i art directio, bradig, visual storytellig, ad digital cotet creatio across various platforms.

Strog typography, layout, ad desig skills, with a deep uderstadig of brad idetity ad marketig strategy.

Ability to problem-solve creatively, troubleshoot desig challeges, ad provide strategic solutios.

Experiece leadig photo ad video productio, with a eye for compositio, lightig, ad storytellig.

Proficiecy i Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, ad other idustry-stadard desig tools.
