Job Summary of Backroom Associate:

Responsible for providing a top-notch customer experience through positive interactions with patrons, embracing customer service principles, and maintaining a well-maintained retail environment. Following operational, inventory, and loss prevention procedures, and potentially being trained to work in multiple store areas to meet business needs.

Responsibilities of Backroom Associate:

• Role models showcase best practices in handling customer interactions within and outside the organization
• Upholds a positive store culture by embodying values of transparency, morality, and politeness
• Counters customer sales and manages returns in strict accordance with established operational procedures
• Encourages customers to participate in credit and loyalty programs while staying true to the merchandising philosophy and set standards
• Skillfully processes and gets merchandise ready for sale on the shop floor following established company procedures and benchmarks
• Participates in the restoration of the store whenever necessary and ensures that the sales floor maintains its organizational and cleanliness standards
• Plays a role in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store premises
• Provides and receives consistent recognition and valuable feedback
• Follows all labor statutes, regulations, and guidelines
• Takes part in promoting awareness of safety measures and preserving a safe atmosphere Executes additional tasks as designated

• Retail customer experience preferred .
