Upon the successful completion of the training regime, Associate Manager become eligible for potential elevation to vacant Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor roles. These pivotal leadership positions play a vital part in supporting the CVS Store Management team in advancing store execution and performance while cultivating customer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a dedication to first rate customer service. In the absence of a manager on site, the Associate Manager takes on the responsibility of overseeing the store staff, ensuring seamless store operations, and supervising the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
