Job Description for Restaurant Services Manager:

The Restaurant Services Manager has the duty of assisting the Restaurant Leader in the daily functioning of the restaurant and ensuring that Raising Cane's standards and values are maintained when overseeing the shift management duties related to restaurant operations. The work setting involves being in a fast paced kitchen where physical work like walking, standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods is necessary, as well as engaging with customers. This environment encompasses both indoor and outdoor tasks in various temperatures, handling food items, allergens, industrial tools, and cleaning substances that require protective gear, along with physical tasks essential for fulfilling the job responsibilities.

Responsibilities for Restaurant Services Manager:

• Upholds the guidelines and principles set by Raising Cane's
• Conducts shift management gathering to enhance operational and safety protocols at Raising Cane's
• Utilizes necessary equipment, paperwork, and records to assist in carrying out shifts, recording outcomes, and implementing adjustments as necessary
• Guides team members throughout a work period while delivering exceptional customer care
• Implements a reward and appreciation system for the staff at the eatery
• Maintains the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures that the facility is functioning properly. Also, carries out additional tasks as required

Qualifications for Restaurant Services Manager:

• Highly attentive to details, possessing strong organizational skills, and adept at juggling varied tasks that are subject to frequent shifts. Self-motivated, adaptable, and brimming with a high level of enthusiasm and vigor.
• Effective abilities in both written and spoken communication
• Capable of performing well and productively whether working alone or as part of a team
• Capable of identifying issues, establishing objectives,
• Implement and transform strategies into practical steps to address issues effectively
• Proficiency in staffing, scheduling, personnel, and budget supervision with a strong command of various technology platforms such as Microsoft Office, encompassing Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Quick mastery of unfamiliar systems and readiness to adjust
• Capable of working different shifts such as during the day, evenings, and weekends, as well as being willing to travel for work-related events and training when required
• It is mandatory to participate in and successfully finish all prescribed training courses at the Raising Cane's establishment
• Over a year of experience in managing restaurants or retail establishments
• Individuals must be of legal age, which is 18 years or above
• High school diploma
