Tasked with ensuring a positive customer experience by actively engaging with and assisting all patrons, embracing customer service values, and upholding a tidy store atmosphere while following operational and security protocols.

Responsibilities of Retail Merchandise Associate:

• Role models exemplify well-established strategies for enhancing customer interactions with both internal and external clients
• Promotes and embodies a constructive store environment by practicing truthfulness, ethical behavior, and courtesy
• Rings up customer transactions and processes returns with precision in accordance with set operational protocols
• Encourages the utilization of credit and loyalty initiatives while engaging with customers
• Adheres to the merchandising philosophy and complies with the set procedures and standards
• Effectively handles and readies products for display on the sales floor in accordance with company protocols and guidelines
• Engages in and contributes to store restoration as required during the day
• Ensures adherence to organizational, tidiness, and restoration guidelines for the sales area and contributes to upholding the cleanliness of the whole establishment
• Offers and acknowledges continuous appreciation and positive input
• Complies with all regulations, rules, and protocols related to employment
• Backs and engages in initiatives aimed at minimizing loss and decreasing shrink within the store
• Engages in promoting safety awareness and upholding a secure environment
• Executes additional responsibilities as required
