Responsibilities of Logistics Merchandise Associate:

  • Leaders set the standard for customer experience protocols that benefit interactions with both company employees and external clientele
  • Promotes and embodies a constructive store environment by practicing truthfulness, ethical behavior, and courtesy
  • Utilizes defined operational guidelines to accurately ring up customer purchases and handle returns
  • Advocates for the endorsement of credit and loyalty initiatives during customer engagements
  • Maintains the merchandising philosophy by following the established procedures and standards effectively
  • Skillfully processes and preps merchandise for display on the sales floor according to company protocols and standards
  • Starts and engages in store revival as necessary throughout the day
  • Follows all organizational, tidiness, and restoration standards for the sales floor and takes part in preserving the cleanliness of the entire store
  • Provides and embraces regular acknowledgment and supportive feedback
  • Complies with all regulations, rules, and protocols related to employment
  • Endorses and joins programs targeted at decreasing shrinkage and meeting reduction goals
  • Involves oneself in promoting the importance of safety and preserving a secure environment
