This role will maage daily operatios, icludig the vedor escalatio ibox, while also workig cross-fuctioally with iteral teams ad vedors to address issues, update systems, ad drive process improvemets. You will be expected to go beyod ticket resolutio—owig the workflows, ehacig SOPs, recommedig tool improvemets, ad helpig the program evolve toward its log-term goals.

You’ll also lead vedor egagemet withi the chargeback program by buildig workbooks, aalyzig defect treds, ad idetifyig opportuities to icrease efficiecy. Success i this role requires strog program owership, the ability to maage multiple priorities, ad a focus o reducig frictio while drivig measurable performace improvemets.

What You’ll Do:

Ow ad cotiuously evolve Chewy’s Vedor Compliace ad Chargeback program, icludig program desig, ticket resolutio oversight, reportig, vedor educatio, ad stakeholder aligmet.

Maage the Compliace ad Chargeback ticketig queues, esurig timely, accurate, ad high-quality resposes while maitaiig strog SLAs.

Act as a key poit of cotact for iteral teams (e.g., Supply Chai, Fulfillmet Ops, Ivetory, Fiace) ad exteral vedors to resolve issues, provide guidace, ad idetify treds i compliace-related defects.

Maitai comprehesive documetatio of ticket hadlig, commo root causes, auditig steps, appeal outcomes, ad process gaps to drive clarity ad stadardizatio.

Drive process improvemets through proactive aalysis of ticketig data, vedor behavior, ad fulfillmet ceter treds to reduce recurrig defects ad ehace operatioal efficiecy.

Collaborate cross-fuctioally to build vedor-facig materials such as mauals, defect prevetio guides, ad oboardig materials, esurig aligmet ad ease of adoptio.

Cotribute to log-term program plaig, icludig scorecard developmet, process automatio, ad system/tool ehacemets.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experiece i Supply Chai, Program Maagemet, or Operatios roles.

Demostrated experiece owig processes or programs from itake through resolutio, with a focus o drivig measurable improvemets.

Experiece creatig ad maitaiig clear, scalable documetatio (SOPs, process flows, guides, etc.) to support adoptio ad cosistecy.

Strog problem-solvig skills ad attetio to detail, with the ability to maage multiple stakeholders ad competig priorities.

Clear ad effective commuicator—able to tailor messagig for iteral teams, leadership, ad exteral vedors.

Prove ability to maage projects while idetifyig patters, gaps, ad opportuities for automatio or stadardizatio.

Comfortable workig idepedetly i a fast-paced ad evolvig eviromet.

Experiece usig data to track performace, ifluece decisios, ad support program strategy.

Proficiecy i Microsoft Excel

Bous (Not Required):

Proficiecy i SQL—ability to pull, validate, ad aalyze data to idetify treds, build isights, ad propose solutios is a major plus.

Familiarity with Tableau, Excel-based workbooks, or similar tools for buildig dashboards ad operatioal trackers.
